Show Info

  • The Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry Dog Association is thrilled to announce it is moving to a new location that will allows us to grow our shows and offer even more events. As the largest shows in Ontario and 2nd largest in all of Canada, we hope to be in the number one spot in the next year or two with the help of our judging panels, volunteers, sponsors and vendors.

  • Our new venue is the Maxville Fairgrounds, 35 Fair St. in Maxville Ontario. Home to the annual Scottish Highland Games which attracts thousands of spectators annually. It encompasses 50 acres, a beautifully manicured infield and grandstand seating for over 3000. An additional air-conditioned hall will seat 500. Plenty of room for rings and each year we will offer more activities. It is just one hour from Ottawa and Montreal and only 25 minutes from Cornwall and our previous venue.

  • We will have 4 days of All Breeds show, 20+ Regional and National Specialty shows, Boosters, Limited Breed shows, along with Obedience, Rally, Agility, Junior Showmanship, Rats! Canada and Canine Good Neighbor Tests. Plus, in the future, Scent Detection, Sprinter and we are working on more! We have hired judges for our 2024 show from across Canada, U.S.A., Mexico, Brazil, Slovenia and Columbia to come and judge at our conformation show. We also hired judges across Ontario and Quebec to judge our performance events. (Link to Judges, Performance Events, Specialties)
